In real life Bailey averaged 101 pitches a game last year. Baker is a good manager. They say he makes a lot of bad choices. But he doesn't.

They've played great the last couple years and of course in hindsight you can say things. But I like him, the Reds like him.

Only complaint I've had is he is too loyal to old players. Had Griffey batting third with his .220 batting average. Had Rolen starting and batting 4th or 5th when Rolen hasn't been good since summer 2010. But other than that I love him.

Re: Operation Sports MLB 13 The Show Community Impressions Thread

I see we don't have a Bugs/Glitches thread, so I'll just post it here, alongside a cool thing that came with it.

First I'll start off with the cool thing: I foul-tipped a ball into the catcher's glove on a check swing. The catcher caught it.

Now the bug: I had two strikes on me. That should have been strike three. At the very least, the game maybe should have programmed the fact that the bat hit the ball and the catcher caught it, making it an FF2. Neither in this case.

Actually now that I'm on this topic, I might have spotted another bug in my game earlier as well...

I tried to send my runner on first, first by tapping L2 then by holding it and letting go when the pitcher released the ball. The pitcher threw a pitch-out, and my runner never took off. Unless pressing L2 twice is now a way to cancel a steal, my runner didn't go. So I'll test it again later today, but I wonder if for some reason the game has a bug where trying to steal on a pitchout won't send your runner (in which case is probably to my benefit, but I wonder if this will always happen). I'll test again later.

Are you a cubs fan trying to blame dusty baker for Mark Prior?

He was an all star player and played the game for a long time.

A 3 time manager of the year with a record over 500. I'll be shocked if they aren't in the world series this year.

There is a new way to log bugs:
