By the way. Spread the word. CALL TECH SUPPORT. I called when the issue popped up and they said they hadn't had anyone call with the problem.
I looked at their online issue catalog and there were only a few listed. It will help ensure the problem doesn't carry over to next year if we make sure they know its a pretty common thing.
The number is near the back of your instruction manual
