My guesses:

Bicep - raw strength/ability
Barbell - work ethic/aptitude
DNA - bloodlines/projectability
Hand - ?
Glove - fielding ability
The hand symbol has a "L" on it, so my guess would be he primarily scouts lefty specialist pitching?

I hope there is a more realistic behind the pitcher camera angle. I forget what all of the options are from last year, but the default one they have been showing in videos is far too much to right.

Also, as this is an early copy of the demo, I'm hopeful that the walk ups have been changed, as in this video EVERY BATTER does the exact same identical pre-at bat walk up animation with the little bat twirl.

We've had numerous custom player walk ups for years...wouldn't make any sense to give somebody like Derek Jeter a generic walk up animation now.

Unless it's the camera angle, it seems that pitchers do not stand straight up on the rubber anymore. Also, boy oh boy is it nice to see those fouled off pitches not go to the upper decks. AND A-Rod has glasses on at the dish. This game is tits...

I'm not too sure but I think fast play was enabled in the video

WoW MLB 13 The Show new scorebug is even better then TBS's

I am crossing my fingers that MLB 13 The Show's little box with the "Pitch Type", "Ball Placment" "Swing Info" has the "Pitch Count" just like the TBS box in your screenshot

Manage only Mode has the pitch count broken down by balls/strikes at all times on the screen.
Perhaps it's time you switched to that!

You need something to read while you are waiting for the action to get moving!
