I'm probably wrong, but with having the MLB teams' color schemes there, maybe it's showing that we can edit the existing teams' uniforms. I agree that I don't see any point in showing that screen quickly if it is just for Diamond Dynasty, which was in last year. I don't, however, think there will be a create-a-team mode outside of DD.

I am getting my hopes up for a create a team mode, but I could see this happening also. I still think there hiding SOMETHING because they just flashed it for a second.

In OOTP Baseball, I'm pretty sure the cyber shot of a player ages over time. That'd be a nice feature

Sad but valid point. however flashing it just for that seems odd too but seeing as someone "liked" your post who knows...

I wouldn't say "edit" because I'm sure MLB wouldn't approve that but they might not have a problem if you wanted to add another custom made uniform to the wardrobe

Maybe reading into things too much, but the MLB.com logo on the score ticker might indicate more integration with MLB.com...i.e., an MLB Today type mode that has been speculated already. Not sure if the logo showed up on the ticker last year, so pardon my ignorance if so.
