You're missing the point, but for whatever reason you seem to want to be argumentative so...I dunno what to say.

And it gives you all you need to learn to hit and pitch. But in this age of youtube and wikipedia, etc they can't be bothered?

Maybe they need to make a "bobblehead baseball superstars" kinda game for the people that can't be bothered to learn how to play the real game?
Hahaha!! Last time I checked, this was a baseball "VIDEO GAME" that does a fairly good job of simulating the sport. As for beginner's mode, I guess you forgot that you played tee-ball at one point in time.

Prolly not. But I'm just telling it like I see it. You want a pinata, then shop at another store. Life isn't full of candy and donkeys.

Hah...actually I'm old enough to have grown up on "coach pitch" little league.

Tee-ball is for ******* that get a trophy just for playing, thank you.

I think you're missing the point. It's find to argue what's the best way to go about introducing gamers to the sport and its difficulties, but it is definitely something that needs to be in the game, so I like what SCEA is trying to do.

But it's already in the game. There's a whole section on hitting and pitching practice already.

I think you already miss the point. What do *you* think needs to be addressed? Spongeball Baseball league? Geesh.

There is a practice mode, but clearly from the feedback they recieved gamers felt more needed to be done to address the difficulty of the game, so that's what they did.

And yes, that's exactly what I think should be addressed
