-Being able to manually adjust weather conditions.
-Definitely tweak the ball physics, it hangs in the air way too long.
-Switch times the game is played.
-Rain outs resulting in double headers the next day.
-Batboy/batgirls.
-No more Willie Mays catches.
-Not have the CPU play the bounce off the wall perfectly every time.
-More urgency in getting up to throw out a baserunner.
-Urgency in getting up to take the next base when the fielder is overthrown instead of the baserunner taking his sweet time wiping dirt off his jersey.
-Revise the bunting system, pulling a bunt back is just about impossible.
-Logic in the fan/player support.
-Ability to add even more vendors.
-Budgets are based on income.
-Contract negotiations during the season.
-Able to go with 2 outfielders and 5 infielders.
-Ability to swap positions even if my bench is empty.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned or not, but ... I'd like to be able to create myself as manager and have a career that way.

That was always one of my favorite features of NCAA Football. And I'm glad Madden brought it back this year.

Has anyone else noticed that there are no kids at the ballpark?

How about cameramen in the camera wells?

Option for pitchers to pitch from either the stretch or windup.

I want a better pregame atmosphere like showing the outside of the stadium before the game kind of like Triple Play did many years ago.. I want to see fans coming into the stadium, I want to hear vendors yelling " get your programs" etc etc etc.... I also want to hear the National Anthem played, maybe not the whole thing but its part of baseball so it should be in there..

But the most important thing for me is something I've never seen in any video baseball game yet it happens in every real game.. I want to see the team run onto the field from the dugout with the PA announcer, announcing the team as they run out.. " Ladies and Gentlemen, your 2013 Oakland Athletics to music like they do in every stadium...

I agree with the rest of you on improving the commentary. I think that adding in interviews or reports mid game or in between innings would be a nice addition, like Ken Rosenthal or Peter Gammons. Adding or improving stadium specific sound would be great also!

Runners getting back to base have a very slow reaction time. When you press L1 for them to lead off, the reaction is just about instant. But when you press R1 for them to get back to base after leading off, they don't even move! How about fixing that?

Also, why are baserunners having to go around fielders when taking an extra base? My baserunners take a huge detour around a fielder mindlessly jogging over to cover a base. That huge detour ends up taking up valuable time.

I think it would be awesome if the playoff atmosphere included the fans of the home stadium all wearing relatively the same colored shirt, such as an Angels sea of red, or Arizona's "Black Out."

Realistic Contracts it would make franchise running a small budget team so much more realistic. Can't stand nick Swisher making 1.2 million in the game when he makes nothing close to that and every team in the game bidding on and being able to afford Cano when only 23 of the 30 mlb teams can even afford to pay him in real life. Cano will not sign with the A's for 5 years and 60 million.... not realsitic at all. You guys need to make player contracts reflect real life contracts or at least be close. You guys have the length right bit not the dollars no idea why, every other sports video game does Fifa, Nba 2k, Nhl,Madden. Maybe it's your license agreement wich I've read on here. Although I don't see it since every website, Newspaper, sports channel release the length and amount of contract. Even the MLB site releases it and Baseball teams actually hold Press confrences, confrence calls and have agents, Players, GM"s and Owners telling media and public of the length and full dollar amount of players said contract even the yearly breakdown and signing bonus so it's public knowledge.
It would only require paying a guy for one day and researching the actual contract length and amount using sites like cot's and Team press releases.

Thank you for creating a great baseball game and hearing the public wants. Another quick note Franchise would be so much more worth while if you actually had real team budgets where the Rays no matter how many games they win can't spend more than 60 million on payroll and have to try to compete agaisnt the Yankees 190 million: whcih would work in your game with real player contracts. Also Bullpen, Bench coach in game and Coaches pictures in game simliar to Madden not a big deal but you have their nameing rights so why not their face.
