Do you know anything more about coach mode or report back when you know more?

Seems there was a misunderstanding between some posters vs EA about what coach would be implemented.

Some posters thought it was confirmed that coach mode would be similar to NCAA and when coach mode appeared in the patch, it was similar to prior coach mode's in Madden.

Could you get the devs to take a second look at the auto-subs in CCM? I've spent 5 hours to try and get them to work. It's the last thing I need after the guys found out how to fix the CPU play calling!

I would rather you didnt change offline editing . I can deal with the problems on my own. As far as gameplay I would leave it alone since i have no confidence that another patch wont mess things up.I say move on to 14 get that game correct since every change EA is making is making the game worse and not even addressing the major faults anyway.

You also said a couple weeks ago that you would report back on the play calling tendencies and you never did. We're still waiting to see if EA is going to make the pass reaction slider actually do something as well. It's clear that you guys do know more but pick and choose what you guys comment on. I can understand limiting some of the things you talk about but if you do promise to report back I think it's only fair that you actually do.

Currently my biggest issues are:

(1) The CPU gameplanning/No custom playbooks/gameplans in CCM.

It's been investigated pretty extensively in this thread and figured out that the problem with CPU playcalling is likely due to the fact that almost all teams have running plays 4-starred and passing plays half-starred resulting in very run-heavy playcalling.

Another thing in terms of playbooks/gameplanning, I don't think it'll be possible until M14 but stretching out the situations to allow for 30-40 plays as opposed to 20 would add a lot. I haven't looked into it, but I think currently the limited slots results in the potential for a lot of plays in the playbook to never be called by the CPU because they're not placed in any gameplan situation.

(2) CCM Auto-Subs
