NHL 13 Title Update Arrives Early Next Week

I hope they can lower sim injuries without nerfing them totally. A happy medium is what I think we're all seeking here.

About the number of injuries....

In my GM mode, nearly all of the AI controlled teams are dealing with lots of hurt players. But with my controlled team, I haven't had even one injury in the first 26 games.[no siming] That's with the injury slider at 4. Wondering if others are experiencing something similar?

Well obviously if you don't sim your games you don't have injury problems. I started my Be a GM on easy to upgrade my medical couple of levels as quick as possible. Doesn't help Cpu teams though...

Vikes, same here, no injuries in the first 28 games (no simming) . Season mode.

I've lost Shattenkirk, Colaiacovo, Jackman, Petroangelo (twice) and TJ Oshie all to injuries within my first 30 games or so. I don't sim any games.

The rash hasn't bothered me, as the blues always seem to have a ton of injuries.

I think hitting power has a lot to do with the frequency of injuries. I have mine set about half way and I see one about every three or four games. Sometimes there will be multiple in a single game.

So i guess the patch will be here any minute now? Says 2-4am PDT which is between 11 and 13 here in Sweden. It's exactly 13.00 now so maybe its there now. Hope so.
