The playcalling is going to be a make it or break it feature for me. I just can't play a football game where pass heavy teams run all the time. It's like playing a baseball game where the pitcher only throws curveballs.

I agree so much. These CPU teams need to play to there identity and player strengths. Then be able to make adjustments in games. Stars need to be stars, role players just that, and lesser players feel like lesser players.

Yep, same here. No playcalling fix, the game gets sold for me. It just takes the immersion factor right out of the game for me. Its the one fix i cant play the game without.

I have a question about using custom rosters in CCM. As a 49ers fan, if I edit Moss for example to 85, will he stay 85 in CCM? Or will he increase/decrease because of the scheme? I'm assuming and hoping that the custom rosters stay as is because if not, then whats the point of having it as an option to begin with?

I assume his OVR would still fluctuate based on the scheme.

The important thing to remember is, OVR is really quite irrelevant IMO. It's the players actual ratings that matter. For example, for Moss, a WR... Catch, catch in traffic, route running, release, speed, etc. etc. etc.

UGH. I seriously hope not. I understand that its the attributes that matter but I like having players rated in order of their depth chart position. In other words, I wouldnt have my third RB rated higher than the backup RB. I really hope that this isnt the case. Hopefully, the patch keeps custom rosters as is. Guess I just have to wait and see.
