That's why teams in real life live with switches on single possessions-- because it takes too long to switch back and puts you out of position defensively.

Don't play video games.

His response was in response to my initial question where players are LOCKED ON seemingly, to the offensive players, so pressing Y will attempt to block the player you're SUPPOSED to be guarding, but you should have the option to SWITCH OFF and provide help D. No need for a smart *** remark like "dont play video games".

EDIT:: NVM just realized you were quoting Da_Czar -_-

Oh ok makes sense now. How about on pick and rolls where i dont want guys to switch? Ill fight through a screen and end up with 2 guys guarding the ball handler. Is there a way to pick if you want to switch or not?

Re: Control Map

Controls look even more complicated than last year. I don't have too much of a problem with it but I could've sworn 2K said something about making this game more accessible. NBA 2K has to nail down a permanent control scheme for that to happen imo. This is like the 3rd time in three years the control schene had some notable changes and this is the biggest change yet.

You could control the big and make sure he recovers to his man

Nope. I'm content to let the demo go. I like what I see so I'll just wait till the retail version drops so I can change the controls to absolute. See where that leaves me.

This gona make last posession feel really good. Can't wait to get some buzzer beater going with Kobe and Roy.

I gotta say I've played some really enjoyable games tonight. Starting to get the hang of the new controls.
