The fact that it could possibly be two players in the same game just doesnt appeal to me, im still going to give it a run tho but Team Up is where you can find me baby #IHATE2K12!!!!

I had a point-by-point response to your post...then I came to this.

You're in a thread about MyTeam, complaining about no information about Association...but then when I offer legitimate features they've added to Association, you have zero idea what I'm talking about.

How would you ever know what 'Total Sim Control' is? How about checking threads where they announce additions for Association, rather than posting in other threads, complaining about lack of Association info. Irony.

I was put off by that a bit as well, but I think the customization of Signature Skills helps alleviate the lameness a bit. At least there's a chance they aren't exactly the same.

So far, they've said everything works through VC ONLY -- no mention of actual monetary use for better players.

Let's see what they do.
