Does anyone know if clint dempsey has a new face in fifa 13?

I'll be happy to check on Clintu but I have no idea what would be "different" because I don't remember him from last year, which is funny because I had him on my team in Career Mode with Newcastle.

Nope still default. FIFA is seriously behind on some players faces and hairstyles. Like Diaby having a fro something he hasn't dones since 2010 and Glen Johnson with braids who got rid of that years ago. And those are just to name a few.

Yea i just saw a vid, it may be generic, but it looked alot better than last years.

Do you have the Xbox retail version? If so can you check if the ESPN stuff is in there for EPL and MLS, please.

The problem with cards and fouls in 12 was not that the refs never called them - it was the refs never called them against the CPU. Game had no problem blowing the whistle on a human player but would let the CPU just mug you without so much as a foul.

That's correct. The CPU still murders you with no call. It's mostly tackling from what I've seen. Either the CPU tackles immaculately or they're getting away with fouling you. Whichever, it doesn't matter, because it's highly annoying.

Wow, I'm really late to this discovery but they've made it so that you can Lock to a particular player during offline games.

So if you just want to control your CDM during a match in Career Mode, you may do so.

I assume that's new in FIFA 13? If not, I'll be redfaced.

After playing all weekend, I just wish EA would have slowed the game down a bit. I know it's FIFA, and their vision of video game football is tilted toward fast-paced ADD types in some regards, but damnit if the pace could just be slowed down and the game be slightly more tactical I would be in heaven.

Sometimes I finish these games and I feel like my brain has been playing a shooter because of goes on in a sequence of a few seconds. It's crazy how fast the cpu counter-attacks/attack in general when it gets possession of the ball. Seems way too mechanical. I do like so many aspects of the game, but the pace, to me, is a step back from last year—which was already pushing it.
