At first I was thinking meh.. but this mode sounds nice. It is combination of fantasy basketball with a salary cap and special perks. I think the idea of keeping friends from playing friends has some drawbacks but the good thing is I think each team doesn't know the other player's squad. So it would be harder to cheat the system and strategize for your next opponent, when you don't know who you are going to play against next.

I Dont know why youre saying it will not be able to play it online.

OF Course it will be able.ROAD TO THE PLAYOFFS is offline and then you are able to play online against your friends

I really don't like playing online due to the fact that it's the same handful of teams every game. Really looking forward to thing game mode.

Really? Who cares about this ish! I play 2K ball for the depth Assoc once had... Where's the info on that? What about Create-A-Player?

It seems 2K is going for quantity rather than quality in regards to updating and improving modes which have been neglected the past two or so years.
