And I am using my head - I listened to the Video Insight they released detailing what giving each player these signature skills meant to their attribute ratings.

Its childish because you guys are nitpicking everything, and how can dwight howard be a better spot up shooter WHEN HE ISNT ONE TO BEGIN WITH. I wish I play someone that WASTED a sig skill by putting spot up shooter on dwight. Do you know why sig skills were put into the game? To highlight a players strengths since when was spot up shooter a strength of dwight howard, so i'm sure it wouldn't be much of a difference.

Giving Dwight spot up shooter wont suddenly turn him into Ray Allen, his shooting ratings are abysmal. They will improve his ability as a spot up shooter but he still wouldn't knock them down consistently if his ratings were really low in the first place...

Imo it would be a bit of a waste to give him that.

They showed that you can get court designs in the packs you buy but it looks like the Bobcats new court won't be in the game.

I don't see my self playing this mode, Ill stick with Association, My Player, and Online.

Dwight howard + Dead Eye + Acrobat + Ankle breaker..........? LOL I think I'll pass on this mode here, this will probably be the last mode I play when I get bored with all the other modes and it seems like I'll be more occupied with those until 2k14. They should have called this mode Fantasy Basketball.

It's just one example. Not the be all, end all. My overriding point is that you want players to reflect their actual abilities. I simply don't like having players be able to do things (or do things better) when they shouldn't be able to.

The guys complaining are the same guys that would have 7 footers in crew mode that has dead eye, shot creator, ankle breaker, and every stat maxed out -__-. I see why they axed that flawed game mode.

That's understood. I'm sure it won't stop people from attempting it and actually pulling off a successful sig skill from time to time (which was my original argument for bringing it up in the first place), but it won't be consistent due to ratings.

Not sure why others are getting visibly angered over pointing that out, but yes, it would definitely be a waste of a signature skill.
