easiest thing to do is use more realistic heights per player, although there is a few rare people in the league that have crazy heights for their position, in this game mode we should just take that away (ie, shawn livingston 6'7 pg). the max height should just be based on the average height at that position and give or take 1 or 2 inches. example the average height of a pg is around 6'2 or 6'2 sp the maximum height for a my player at pg should be around 6'4, and so on for sg (around 6'5 ,6'6 max should be 6'8) etc. anybody with me?

ok, i just read the whole article and i fully support what they are trying to do here....get your servers and online capabilities right then build on it. i remember in 2k11 having to put my location on Islamabad or something just to get a crew game so im not mad at them at all. last year was a new network built from scratch so they are trying, online connections is what most people complained about anyway. read the whole article you guys.

Terrible news. Don't even feel like saying much about it. What I don't understand is why they had to shutdown Crew for 2K11. At least let us play that. You can still play everything else online except Crew and maybe Online Leagues. At least they told us this time though.

Knew this was coming. I did want to try the mode out this year because I got a good group of guys I know would be down. They did bring back blacktop though which I played more than anything at the time and it's even more fleshed out than ever.

To be honest, I'm more disappointed that there are no tiers for players outside of MyPlayer. Doesn't it make more sense to have levels for actual players than for some fictional player? Here's hoping either hex edits or the PC version allows you to somehow do it.

I disagree. I'm sure the majority think it's a cool feature. The majority DOES agree that it's not the big make or break feature that some people act like it is. Especially considering the ability to hack it and the other craziness around it. So, yeah, the people jumping off a cliff about it are a minority. But it IS a feature I would LOVE to have in the game and will play as long as it's free of cheaters and hacks. Not to mention stable.

People are forgetting the other reason it was removed - most of the online mode were removed for the online rewrite that is STILL in progress. Sounds like with the demo, VC is confident that this is the year online stabilizes. If that is the case, I would put money on Crew being back immediately. And it will return even better than before.
