DWill is one of the players that has an affiliation to another game (some interactive Kinect game). I read an article about it today. So, it makes sense that his rating hasn't been released. As for Miami, maybe they aren't releasing theirs because they'll be revealed in the demo...

It's been rumored that LeBron has affiliation to Live 13 so his probably won't be released either. I think we should at least get Bosh's rating though.
