NBA 2K13 Top 20 Players and Possible Player Ratings

What are we discussing here?

Has Williams played better than Rose, Rondo or Westbrook. I think we can all agree that he didn't (Rose didn't even play, so let's take him out of the equation)

Has Kobe played better than Manu, Harden or Wade? The Kobe-Wade thing is debatable, and both have basically the same rating. Kobe just shoot the mid range shot a little better and that's the rating disparity

EDIT: forgot the main point. Williams is the 5th best PG in the league and in the game (Parker maybe, but I don't think he will keep this level of play). Kobe and Wade are interchangeable at the top spot for SG, but Kobe's skill level helps his overall more than wade.
