Hustle Points: Level 3
Floor General: Level 3 (Also costs 2,000 VC and 85 OFF AWR to upgrade to level 1)
Alley Ooper: Level 3
Post Playmaker: Level 3
Dimer: Level 3
Break Starter: Level 3
Shot Creator: Level 3
Deadeye: Level 3
Corner Specialist: Level 3
Ankle Breaker: Level 3
Post Proficiency: Level 3

That's all the Offensive Sig Skills. They didn't show any Defensive Sig Skills.

Well, switch out Brick Wall with a different Level 3 skill set. Maybe it's not as effective at Level 1 as a Level 3 would be.

Also makes sense as to why some are "up to" 6 - 12 point increases.

For boosts up to six...
1st tier - 0-2
2nd tier - 0-4
3rd tier - 0-6
