dirks production dropped sharply last season. His rating wont be like it was when 2k12 released.

With all the ratings appear to be moved up in scale (Walker 78, Dudley 75, etc) ... It's safe to assume, that being a 78 would be like being 74. It really all is just a number. If Kemba sucks in the game like he does in real life, then there is no reason why he shouldn't be a 78. For all we know, that rating isn't even legit because we've seen videos where players were rated lower than what 2K announced (Griffin and Durant come to mind).

Just look at 78 overall as the new 71 overall or whatever, its just a damn number.

Judging from the new scale 2K might be using ... Dirk could very well be 87-89 overall instead of 83-85 like last year.
