so if someone photoshopped this they would have to known that EA was releasing this for digital download 2 weeks before it was announced.

Just because it has PSN or Live on it doesnt mean it is geniune....A lot of games have that on the cover. Its not official until EA says it is official. Also why would a Download only game need a real cover art? The one with the silhoutte works fine, especially with an unfinished product.
