But now you're forgetting that only the elite ball handlers in the game possess ankle breaker. Say there is 300+ athletes in the game ... only about 30-40 odd players will have the skill. (That's probably more than the actual amount, I'm just appeasing you).

So now the chances of you coming across this sig skill is decreased even more because the pool is diluted with mostly players who do not possess the skill.

It doesn't matter dude. If only 20 people have it the probability of 10% is very high. Nobody in the world crosses someone and makes them fall 10% of the time.

As I said, I don't know if you understand how high of a % that is for this.

Something closer to 2-3% is ideal and realistic but I am even thinking that is high.

Well there has been plenty of anecdotal evidence provided to suggest that the normal rate of an ankle breaker is about 5-6 times per year. So the 10/100 figure you're going with is not even accurate according to some.

I'm thinking the chances are in the 5-6 % range per game with ankle breaker active and then the % increases with the quality of defense, or lack there of being played on the ankle breaker.
