but those "abilities" werent a true measue of player efficiency because there was no real differce from a "average" hook shoot to "great" hook shot ability. Same with pullup jumpers where anyone could hit them regardless of that ability but now we have actual numerical values which can be edited. No need to worry about javel mcgee doing post fades if his rating is 40!!! ( I HOPE)

Again, don't assume that they are Attributes that can be edited based upon a screenshot.

The only difference that we can CONFIRM right now is that they moved the Attribute-equivalent value of Average/Good/Great from the R3 detailed Player Page to the actual Game Menu UI.

UI differences do not equal game engine differences.

Go to 2K12 right now and you can find Post Fade "ratings" of 70 across the roster. It's just an equivalent. Abilities are merely 4 grades spread across the spectrum of 25-99. Think of Average/Good/Great as 55/70/85 instead.

Why does everyone assume its a glitch? Remember these are the designers of the game, its not like its hard to make the MyPlayer that good without playing much. They know the code, know the kinks and strategies to level up quickly. Also like LD2k said, the screen was from his rookie year, but he is now in his 4th year. So they have no correlation outside of being the same player.
