NCAA Football 13 Free and Paid DLC Uniforms Are Coming to the Uniform Store

Nah. I'm going to go by what they sad which was sometime in September, which would be more likely. EA doesn't release stuff earlier than they say.

A lot of the times is out of EA's control as to when they can release them, the schools, NCAA, Nike, Under Armour etc all have a say in it.

Not to mention Microsoft and Sony also have some influence about when DLC can be added to their respective stores.

Exactly! The easy and "cool" thing to do is to just blame EA for everything. I am one of EA's biggest critics but enough is enough with the constant complaining. If Notre Dame or Michigan comes out with a special one off alternate Jersey that will only be used for one game in November, they will usually say they cant be sold or used in any form of media till November. That is something EA has no control over.

I was actually talking about the already revealed home/away unis. Like TAMU, mizzou, Rutgers, Utah St. Etc.

Actually to get the unis are in the uniform store which is and came from NCAA 13 so Sony or Microsoft don't have a say because its in NCAA it didn't come from the PlayStation store or Xbox marketplace.
