Hate when people leak these things....so everybody can cry about it, if it's like a 6 month old build what do you expect it tolook like?

The sad thing in all of this is that the Live devs only popped up after this video surfaced. Its Live 13 dev groundhog day. Its not like they were going show up on their own.. its all reactionary/ damage control for them now.

Well put it together, the 2k team up guy said the menu was missing something( i dont remember exactly and that post is way back) and the Nets logo was greyed at e3. This video had those two things. What it didn't have was Ray Allen on the Heat who signed the first week of July. So that puts the build timeline somewhere between Jun 5 and July 15 assuming they could have done the build and not bring it to e3 or took awhile to update the roster(it could be wider than this since it took them a month to add the nets logo). Now it's likely the addition of the Nets logo would have included improvements in the gameplay. I may not know much about the process with builds but June was not that long ago...

I'd be surprised if they release that crap. They'll prob just release it digitally and count their losses. Doubt we'll see much more from the NBA franchise from EA. It's been a joke the past few years while 2k just blows it out of the park.

I happen to agree and I remember all of the slider sets you did for Live 10.. we played that game a ton, and as I was asking, I hardly see any improvements from then as well... matter of fact some stuff looks worse.. that stiff sideways layup Lebron did in the video was from Live 10 also

All we have from EA is that they are working hard on making the release date.

Even if this is from one month ago, EA knows the quality isn't up to par, hence they haven't released any video.

We all agree the quality needs a bump. I'm sure EA knows this.

EA never said this is two years old. They said it was a pre alpha build.

I'm going to treat it as such until I see a more recent build. And if that build looks just as bad, trust me, I'll be right there talking about EA blowing it.

But, this? I'm not going to even bother making a comment about the quality of the gameplay when it's clear to me it's still a work in progress. Leaked footage is leaked footage for a reason.

Regardless. If it's an early build, or not. It's simply wrong how EA takes extra time to make this game, and it's looks like this.

Even if it's an early build, it's still a shame, considering when you take an extra year off to improve your game, an early build should look way better than this.

Not that it concerns me though, i wasn't planning on buying live regardless. I'm just highly curious in seeing how it would turn out this year.
