We also see that you didn't bother to read what someone who personally saw the E3 build had to say about this footage. This is not a build from E3, it's more recent. As stated by other posters here, this is nothing but damage control.

Some quick thoughts from a passionate lover of real basketball and sports' video games but who is quite not professional on noticing all the intricate stuff that all you guys do such a good job of noticing to help us get a better game from 2k each year...so as a novice on noticing some nuances of games to dissect them I say the following.

Presentation: Pretty good, not great, but good. I thought it was fine, definitely the strong point of what I'm writing about.
Commentary: Mediocre to above average. The play by play was above average, while I found Van Gundy very average/mediocre. He sounded so generic and scripted, very non flowing in a sense of the word.
Gameplay: Just seemed to be not fluid, no good flow to it. Very below average to average look to it. As I said earlier, I'm not able to pick at all the things some are who know what to look for in gameplay issues but even I can do the eye test and see 2K>>>>>>>>>>>>>this in terms of gameplay by far. This was pretty below average IMO.
Overall: Bland, mediocre experience. Some will buy this (if it releases) but will regret it instantly unless they are a really really casual fan and just do not know how mediocre an experience this is in comparison to what we will get form 2k13. If it is on the cheap, that helps and more might buy but not me. No way.

I don't know guys. Even if this is a different build then the E3 build, it doesn't mean that they didn't have a updated build & just not showcase it at E3.

I'm not supporting this video, but I am interested in some type of competition. I feel it will better the industry as well as the reining champ & we all can agree that that is 2k.

Obviously there is still a lot of work that needs to go into this game & I sure hope they can deliver.

Yeah that was pretty horrible for a 2012 game. Same NBA "Dry"(Live). I don't understand why EA can't get Live to animate right. And the player models are absolutely horrid. Why do all the players walk and run with bent knees and hunch backs. Also the sliding and lack of foot planting is last gen.

Nothing about this video was good. Well the commentary and layup line was decent. Live has been a sad mess for far too long. If this is, or is even close to the final product, it is a slap in the face to every NBA Live fan. EA has had 2 years to improve. This game looks to be a hot mess. SMDH

The uniforms look just like the ones in 2K, but ones the players on the sidelines wear...you know, the low-res versions. Just terribleness all around, even if this is from months ago. Hilarious!

Oh my goodness!!! What a terrible game! I think that this game don´t be in the market in october... I buyed the 2 basket games since the origin, but this not have name... It´s worse than NBA Live 1996!!!
