Ok, dude. I didn't want to be writing a negative review, it was just a disappointing demo. Comparing it to last year's game, it's a downgrade almost across the board. If you don't agree, that's your call, but reading many other folks' opinions, it seems I'm in the majority.

It worked because many were hyped (Me too) and were shocked to hear this kind of news, but that hype will die down quickly once the games novelty wears off. This was my first impressions playing the demo. I will give it more time to see if anything changes. I'm with him I feel NCAA is a much better game at this point, so I guess my creditability goes out the window according to you. Oh well whatever I can live with that . I feel once the game play patch is released NCAA is going to be a solid football game.

Your post is so spot on, I have nothing else to add to it.

This year's Madden is just straight garbage. Worst gameplay I have seen in a Madden yet. Coming straight from NBA 2k12 like I am (my personal gripes about that game's AI not withstanding), Madden feels like it was made by a bunch of amateurs.

I was actually letting myself get hyped for this year's game. Big mistake.

I can see how it can be annoying as I thought it was dumb at first but then all of a sudden I found it amusing being able to trigger commentary. I started showing blitz JUST to hear Nantz say "I smell blitz!". It's awesome if you can get a chuckle out of it!

How old is this build anyways?...the infinity engine does need to be toned down a bit. especially after the play. it's pretty comical watching guys fall over each other as if they're blind. they are so oblivious to their surroundings.

Iv'e come to the conclusion that the majority of the people on this board don't know what they want when it comes to Madden.

EVERY single year, Madden is the worst ever, Madden takes a step back from the previous. Give me a break. If you're not noticing the improvements to this game, you're either blind, or you just have an agenda.

If Madden takes a step back every year, Madden 06 should be the best of this generation, but that's sure as hell not the case is it?

From over complaining about the lighting, to saying the infinity engine is a step back and actually makes the game worse? Seriously just stop it. I'll never get half of you people. No matter what game EA puts out it will be disappointing and the worst ever.

They really did nice with QB throwing on the run. But once again I feel that they are chasing the M08 wish list. It's just SO FAR BEHIND that it's hard to give them credit for an improvement like that.

Most ea titles are mediocre. They survive On exclusivity, that's the only reason.
