running animations are still terrible, I did get a message from SimFballCritic on youtube, he was invited to one of the community days, he said that EA told him that they will be working on player movement for M14 so hopefully it'll get fixed then

After 2 games, I have to say I like it. Some weird things have happened during plays thanks to the infinity engine. First off, the first play I had was a run with Lynch and I trucked over people and fell forward after a huge gang tackle. I liked that a lot. I think for the first time in a Madden game I will actually be able to fall forward for yardage instead of just getting stuck in my tracks and thrown backwards like in Madden 12. The tackling with the infinity engine is great from what I see; but like I stated, there are some glitchy tackles and happenings while I played. First, I was running up the middle. I went to juke to the left and I hit this D lineman who was engaged in a block. All of a sudden, my leg flips up and I go flying backwards (not exaggerating this. I literally flew up into the air and back.) Another glitch I've seen is whilst running with the ball, my non-ball arm with get caught on other players. (Yeah doesn't sound non-realistic, but the way the game makes it happen would mean his arm should break instantly.)

On passing, I like it. Took me awhile to get used to Madden again, haven't played since almost November (didn't play 12 long at all.) Once I got the hang of it, I started throwing well. Running is great too.

As for presentation, I love it. The scoreboard and state/ personnel overlay is great. Really does give me that CBS vibe. Plus, the blue looks really nice to me. I also like the intros, though, like most, I'll probably end up skipping it 80% of the time when I get the actual game.

Overall, I like it personally. To each their own, but this is a day one buy for me, and I'll probably play the crap out of it. Back to the demo!

I don't like the lighting... its too dark (not my TV) playing as Seattle on defense and my jerseys looked almost black. I undersand the idea of shadows but they need to tune this a little. (i'm not changing my TV settings_).

I absolutly loved the commentary and crowd noise this year... very good, keep up the good work here.

Xfinity.. liking it so far only played 2 games though.

Havent tried Kinect interface yet.

I havent bought Madden the last 2 years but with the inclusion of a complete online franchise mode and the other upgrades I'm leaning toward a buy for Madden 13.

For those who are having trouble with KINECT you need to turn the volume all the way down on the T.V. because the KINECT sensor is hearing the crowd the announcers and you, therefore nothing happens when you try and use voice commands....kinda sucks that you have to turn the volume down but its a great feature to use, especially on defense...needs headset intergration.

what? and play on mute? The way Kinect's camera is designed with the 4 speaker tech thing or what ever, is for it to be able to hear your voice without the surround sounds affect it...The PSEYE has the same tech, which is why you can use it for voice chat while still playing loud games.

With Kinect...some expect too much...the next version is going to be better...an over-exaggeration, but for now

Thats not the point,we do appreciate the new zoom cam view that mike young added.It's just we should have custom camera views by now so everybody would be happy.Plain and simple some people do not like the birds eye view camera/default camera in Madden.

I don't know what everyone elses experience may be, but for a demo this game is smooooth. Should it have been like this years ago? Yes. Does it suck that some of the other modes and overall control was taken away? Yes, but at least we are on the verge of what possibly seems to be a really good-great game. Nothings perfect, but at least it's a lot of fun and that is what matters most. The atmosphere is hyped up and commentary is better than expected. Camera not so great, but could be worse. Gameplay seems on point so far and things that should be happenning, are. It feels good to just get out of the same old engine that we have been accustomed to over the years. Madden 13 feels new and thats good enough for me.
