I think it's fake. Look at the word Heat on his jersey. It doesn't flow with the rest of the jersey, especially the H. It really looks out of place to me.

Don't like LeBron whatsoever - but after the season he just finished up, he's very deserving to be the cover athlete for Live 13.

Now that the cover for Live 13 (if legit) is released, hopefully this will silence the naysayers about Live being cancelled.

I'm super excited and looking forward to Live 13!!! Less than 2 months away!

Yes. To stop all the BS rumors about Live being "cancelled" that are discussed here on a daily basis.

But even with this bit of new info - there will be doubters that Live 13 will never hit the store shelves. Amazing.

I've been searching around other sites seeing if that background has been used before for a fake one, I did find a rumor from back in June saying lebron may be the cover athlete, Ill keep looking

EA tends to keep a consistent template for all their sports titles in a given year, and that's nothing like the rest of their game covers.

It may not be the official cover because it was sent in by an anonymous person, but it could be a big hint of what's to come.
