Edit the depth chart and put Phillip Sims on the depth chart before you start the Dynasty. You should be able to use him. I put him as the starter, started my Dynasty and I was able to use him.

Im sure they will have this fixed, it has been discussed so much that I would be shocked if they did not.

Is Phillip Sims going to start this year? I'm about to buy tickets to the season opener (they go on sale Jul 20th), and it'd be cool to see his first game as a Cav.
