Madden NFL 13 on Vita is Essentially Madden NFL 12.5 with Screenshots (Polygon)

Porting Madden 12 certainly took a long time...
I'm really getting tired of EA. All they care about is money. the put half efforts into their game and still bring in Millions.

I wonder who Fifa 13 will get treated on the vita. Looks like EA doesn't care being named the most hated company in America.

ya but the quality of thoes games are more important. Looks like most of the games on vita are "down played" to a certain degree using ____ excuse (using a older engine, no mp, certain modes excluded). Maybe my expectations are too high

starting to regret getting a vita, it was a graduation gift, but man, this thing is noooooooo good with a jailbreak or homebrew, hope one comes out soon so i can play my ps3 games, and make this thing worth it

HSG, MLB The Show, UC, Unit 13 etc.. made the VITA worth it to me.
... and I purchased it.
I'd be super happy if it had been a gift.

I have The Show and FIFA, and I think they both look great. FIFA looks great at any angle. The Show has a few angles that the game looks horrible, but zoomed in the players look great.

These pictures of Madden are disappointing. Might as well buy it on my iPhone. I don't make video games, but I do know quality. At least give us the Madden Arcade character models with the M12 engine. That would be acceptable.

The article stated that EA may not willing to put the time and effort into the Vita at this time. Why make this game? Why not just delay the game? I have no clue why FIFA and Madden are so comepletely opposite.

I say we wait alittle bit first before judging the graphics...I'd like to see this in motion first. Like I posted earlier, what makes Fifa look good in my eyes is the smooth console like animation and the framerate (which fooled me thinking it was 60fps).

They made a decision early in development to have their first go at 30fps. If yall remember it took until Madden 09 on the PS3 to hit 60fps. I don't think it'll take them 2+ years to do it on the Vita.

The only thing I'm disappointed in from the pics is, it seems that the game will not have HDR lighting, like Fifa Vita...or Madden 07 or Madden 13.
