Do we know if the AI recruiting has been fixed?

In 11, It's take a new job and the team would be over recruited at certain positions.

Not sure about 12 since I didn't stick with it

thanks, looks like i will be taking it seriously, controlling a solid team, not great, in a well below avg recruiting area. as 99% of my recruits will be coming from out of state, i cant afford to miss on very many of them. especially at QB.
