I also would ratehr start an association before the draftees come in ( So i vote pre-draft I guess)


I just made a 2012 draft class that I plan to use, that way I can mimick the real draft in one association, and go fantasy in another

Edit: actually I'm a little confused about what you did.

Did you add all of the projected rookies to the free agent pool, or do you plan to use a draft class, and an association file to get the rookies on their teams via a 30 team control draft?

If you already added all of the rookies into the game...I'd wait until after the draft
If you have not added the rookies into the game, a PRE-draft release would be awesome
