I get it every year because I enjoy online play. Try finding a game of 2k11 online right now. This series had promise, but it was unfulfilled. And I believe that enough gamers have spoken buy not buying the game, haven't you heard? This series is done.

Like others have said, there is a lack of options for the 360 and I enjoy baseball enough to deal with the flaws.

For the most part, the game is pretty enjoyable but there's no doubting it's flawed.

Every new version of the game you hope and pray that they fix gameplay issues or at least address them in patches.

After seeing what's included in the last patch I have every right to complain, whether you or others like it or not.

At least you got a patch. Apparently there isn't one for PC.

2k's Internet forums page says there is.

Whatever that means, lol

The travesty is that we as consumers don't have many options when choosing a sports game due to monopolistic rights exclusives. The fall of 2K baseball means pc gamers are without both a baseball and football option.

But when you pay $60 every year for a product which is flawed, and basic gameplay fixes aren't implemented we have every right as a consumer to be a little irked at the company responsible.

Of all the gameplay issues that could be tweaked (MLB Today, crashes, fielding, camera issues etc.) they spent months working on an animation to make the walk back to the dugout more realistic?
Whoever paid $60 for this game needs to reevaluate how they spend money. The game can be had for 20$ and now $10 on amazon...

Thanks for saying that so I don't have to. Its like running into a brick wall and complaining because its there. I still play 2k8, it seems like that any game that came out afterwards by 2K not starting with nba has been going downhill ever since. They all have the fundementals for the represented sport, but lack the pick up and play appeal that is demanded these days. I just tweak sliders. By the way, if you say that you don't have time to tweak sliders because you are so busy, then don't waste time telling someone. Spend that time to tweak your sliders and get the desired gameplay.
