This proves my point that the previous patches did not infact adjust the offline issues as Hustiln would suggest.

Guys, let's just be patient.

The real question here is whether or not existing franchises will have their freezes reverse with this patch. Not whether or not a new franchise started with 1.16 worked properly.

New franchises succeeded (for the most part). A lot of continued one's didn't.

Until we get Dev details, this back and forth is unnecesssry.

Time will tell and all of our questions will be answered.

My point was that even though there are many offline freezes and glitches with 1.06 & 1.16, Online is worse and thats probably why more online was addressed in 1.21 than offline.

1.16 did not solve and in fact created more offline issues and apparently 1.21 has created some crashes and still freezes.

Just an observation, not an argument.
