It's been a while so I might be mistaken...

Save your Franchise file to a zip drive (USB stick).

Create a folder on your computer called PS3

Inside that folder, create a new folder called SAVEDATA

Inside that folder, place your franchise file.

Zip up the folder.

Attach the file to your PM, and include very specific circumstances surrounding how exactly to replicate your freeze.

If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

Not completely frozen. It loads fine and I can move in the menus. As soon as I go to play a game however it freezes the whole system.

He was also emphasizing the 'deleting patches' part, not just the 'completely freezing' part.

He wants to know if it was still freezing AFTER you deleted all the patches. Every patch, including all game data from previous Show's.

Yes, I realize that. If I was not clear, my bad.

Yes, the above freezes are still occurring after all patches for 12 and all old game data for 11 and 10 were likewise deleted.

Ok, I deleted all game data (patches and data for the older versions of the show). The RTTS that I've been talking about did not freeze. Then I downloaded the patch and tried again but this time it froze when I tried to play the first game. So I'm just going to go with no patches.
