No.

You can safely delete GAME DATA.

It's SAVED DATA that will erase your RTTS/Franchise/etc.

Deleted all game data from all previous iterations of the show including the patch / game data for 12 again. Still no go. Franchise still has the 170 losses for my team / freezes on advance.

We're going on like 3 weeks here come this weekend. This is getting a bit annoying.

My biggest issue with this whole thing is the people affected are pretty much the people who make the company their money. It is we who buy the game release day wait at most for the first iteration of OSFM and start our franchises/RTTS/etc.

We are the ones who give them info on their bugs / feedback because we are the ones delving deep into the modes ahead of those who are waiting.

If this becomes a "habit" (not saying it is intentional I know they are working to get issues resolved and bugs will happen no matter the game / dev), they risk losing the people who are helping them the most.

Annnnnd back to Diablo 3.

I am freezing sometime in May of 2015 when i attempt to "play next appearance".

Again, this was an RTTS that was started pre-patch and saved cross-platform multiple times without any issues until the latest patch.

How would I go about sending my save file?

Just to double checked your RTTS file is completely frozen even after you deleted all the patchs?
