Well if you'd read the post I was replying to instead of just injecting yourself into the conversation uninformed, you'd know that we were talking about deleting game data, such as the disc install file itself, or options files. I think it's pretty obvious that your old franchise file becomes useless when you start a new one.

Bobhead you seem to know what's up. Is there any advice you can give me on how to do a franchise with no problems. I'm going to delete everything then what........?

If you delete everything and start over, and your still having issues, it's something with the physical disc or the PS3 drive itself. Last resort would be defragging your HDD.

I've already formatted the hard disk a full format and it still messes up. But the game played just fine when I first got it. Idk. Maybe ill go buy another copy and try it

Has anyone had any issues regarding overall lag when playing the game. Ever since this patch it's been unplayable for me. I press the button and it doesn't swing right away like it should, leading me to be blown away by like an 88 mph fastball. Plus can't even time the pitch meter to get it anywhere close to the yellow.

Nope. But I really hope its the disk. It's just hard to understand why it played just fine when I got it then the first time I hooked signed online it froze up. Now no matter what I do it freezeSSeason mode in the first couple games. Franchise in the first couple games. Even in spring training. But I can sim season after season and no freeze. Just can't play more than one gam

i am so angry. Same problem never had issues until yesterday game just freezes in franchise mode. i can sim but once i play game it slows down and just stops. i was having so much fun with this game this year too
