MLB.COM, go to each team roster page and then go to 40-man list and there you have it.

I apologize, I know this has been posted already but I cannot seem to find it in the first 10 pages of this thread so I figured I'd just ask--what is the method for adding to USB drive then importing into the game?

Download from the link to the USB.
Unzip the file to the USB...(you can delete the zipped file now)
Go the the XMB(front screen of the PS3) to the GAME/SAVED DATA UTILITY PS3 section and hit X on the USB drive and then triangle to copy.

Don't forget to LOAD the rosters.....they won't be default.
