If you're under the show screen before you start it up. You hit the blue refresh button and if there's an update a yellow/orange button appears on the left.

I have had nothing but problems since I updated this morning....I cannot continue on in my franchise because the game freezes every time I try to sim a game....i really don't want to start my franchise over but it is looking like I may not have a choice

There is a refresh icon at the top next to the manual and browser icon. Hit it and it will refresh to see if an update is available.

I am not surprised - I think we went through the same thing last year (or was it the year before?).

Theoretically you should be able to continue with your old franchise but I have experienced the same thing before. I think it was when they updated the A's nighttime stadium. Not something that should screw up your franchise but the under the hood changes may be causing a conflict.

Pared, or any of you guys that know. How do you go about uninstalling the patch? I have never done this. Thanks in advance

I don't think you can undo a patch and roll back.

I am reading the problems people are having here with the new patch. Will this patch affect me if I am not playing franchise but season and RTTS only ????
