Regarding Hustlin's rosters, has anyone else had odd things happening in season/franchise with them? I posted details in the bugs/glitches thread below. I am more of a season guy, but realize most of you guys are franchise players.

Basically when I bring these rosters into a season and try to go into the acquisitions/free agents menu, my system locks up and I have to hard boot my system. All of the other menu options under acquisitions works fine. I've duplicated this 6 times, trying many different scenarios, including deleting and reinstalling the game data.

The bug is quite odd and only happens with this roster file. I've uploaded it straight into a season and it happens every time. Even if I make some of my own roster moves with that file before or after I enter the season, the same thing happens. Then I do the same thing with the original OSFM opening day file and everything is fine.

In season mode, there are no minors. You have your 40 man roster and the non active players are in kind of a placeholder 15 man AAA spot. I'm wondering if these spots all being blank are exposing a bug in the game's code.

It's probably because in season mode...it's actually looking for the 40 man roster....specifically.

Players have limited ML options and you have to expose them to waivers when you demote them to a minor league team. But I also just noticed that you have 30 team control, so you don't have to worry about a CPU team snatching them up. So you should be fine. Sorry.

I don't think that is a good way of doing it though because then you eliminate the simulation of ML Options, and you don't have to deal with wrestling with rosters after spring training and deciding between a young 22 year old prospect, or exposing the 30 year old starter to waivers if you want to send him down to AAA and he is out of options.

Yeah, but everything else works fine.

Any player in season mode who is not assigned to a 40 man roster becomes a free agent. I'm thinking that maybe having each team with 15 extra players is creating a huge database of free agents that blows up the system.

I would say it's significant in the fact that when my system freezes up and I restart it, I get an error message saying my hard drive could be corrupted.

I'm gonna make sure every MLB team has a 5 man rotation before I go in then...

After I'm in franchise and I switch back those teams that have 4 man rotations right now, everything will stick?
