You don't have to pay $$$ to play if you don't want to.

A full-featured franchise is good stuff as always, but I think DD is great in that it actually condenses the "essentials" (like training, seeing players grow/diminish, etc.) of franchise into a mode that's playable in a shorter time.

My only concern is having to play any random player online.

I love how the seasons r short... I am hoping they track career stats including there stats from each her. I wonder if u can play a five inning game...still lots of questions about this mode. Hopefully the blog will come out soon.

I think it's full nine inning games.
I wish we(CD guys) had more answers on this...but they were really crunching it when we were there and it wasn't fully playable for us yet at the time.

This is one of the main pillars to the mode. A lot of people don't want to play 162 game seasons or sim games.

This mode will at least give me something to do while Minor League Rosters are being worked on.

Yeah I'm with Scott, anything to pass the time until then. This and RTTS will be good for that and just fun
