NBA Elite Name is History, NBA Live 13 is Coming

Just put Durant back on the cover! Haha. I'm open to a new/old experience with a different game. They had a crew-type thing going on in Elite before it got axed, and it looked very cool. There is a niche for online play that I think could be filled if they did it the right way.

If it doesn't have online trophies I'll even be tempted to try it. I thought the defunct NBA Elite had some good ideas in it, too.

I Agree with you Czar about 2K they did have a chance to make this even more one sided but they dropped the ball. But EA hasn't been consistent with there NBA Live series since they brought it to the Next Gen(Current Gen) system, NBA Live 10 was the first success and then what happened they went in a whole different direction and they thrown up a brick.

People are hopeful that EA can come through with NBA Live and I would like to see them produce a great game but year in and out the NBA Live community has had that same hope for EA to finally get over the hump but that hasn't happened just yet. This is why I feel they still have a lot of pressure on them...not only to compete with 2K but they have to prove to there fans that they can produce a very good basketball game, they have very little room for error with this years title and since they had a bit more time to work with the title people are going to expect more from them this year than what they have given. Again this is my opinion but I do agree with your 2K statement Czar.

The only way it's a good move is if EA comes stronger then EA and live up to their promise of creating a sim/realistic game.

Weird how Every year people Who love ea says they Will rock This year. Yet Every year they are inferior. Imagine if 2k Got that benefit with nhl2k or mlb2k. That just prove how brainwashed some consumers are. Hype is going to be crazy on os This year though since os people are affiliated /starts to work for ea now.

I agree with you but you have to learn to visit sites like this just to get a gauge of what is going on. You can't take these guys opinions too seriously you never know how many plants roam these types of sites.
