Maybe Nolan Smith's age has to do this. He's one of the few 4-year players drafted in the 1st round. I bet most of the lower OVR rookies that are younger than Nolan Smith will have a similar or slightly higher OVR when the reach Nolan's current age. That's my only guess.

Sometimes it doesn't show up, if this happens just reset the roster. I've had to reset 3-4 times in a row before to get the roster up to date.
