Was there anything even in this patch? I seriously can't notice really anything different. Passing is a little better, but defensive rotations are still atrocious. When the CPU gets a rebound a brings it up, my PG STILL runs to the middle of the lane and it results in NO ONE guarding the right person. Still canned animation after canned animation. CPU can still play god-like defense because they somehow know exactly when you're about to do something. Automatic playcalling results in a grand variety of 2 different plays a game. If the 2K11 servers were still up I would most definitely be playing that right now instead of this broken thing...

I see your on 360 I dont think they got the patch yet

Well I made my statement earlier. I see enough of a change regarding the passing and the headfaking/defense/rotations that its made a world of difference for me.

MS compresses their patches so yes its only 3MB. Look at 2k11's patches they were about the same size on 360 while being much bigger on the PS3.
