Not exactly. The demo is probably the E3 demo just with the fixes in it since then (patched). Won't represent final build anyway but will give people an idea. So not like a lot of money would go into a new demo build for stores.

That was the other thing I was going to say. There's been demos already for months. I figured it'd be a new demo as the old bulids can be kind of shaky sometimes. Which goes back to why not just release it?

yeah it sucks for us but it is a very smart move for them.

its a new game so to speak with a new engine and they know everyone is eager to play it. the general word of mouth about it is that its good game.

the way demos are critiqued now-a-days, especially here, people's reviews of it can only go down. i wouldnt put one out either. make people use that eagerness to buy the game.
