I did something like this just to see how bad the should pads issue was.

I started a franchise. simmed through 4 seasons, let the CPU auto picks drafts, auto manage lineups etc etc... just to get through the simming.

Then I played a couple games in pre-season on season 5... and wow...

SEVERAL players (all from the Madden generated classes) had ridiculous looking shoulder pads. Spiked way out to the side as if the guy was wearing shoulder pads for someone 20 sizes larger.

I cant beleive they didnt patch this...

Are they even aware that shoulder pads look so comical?

Who the hell tests this stuff? (besides us)

It wasn't always avoidable. Nice try though EA. If you had someone who didn't create a gameplan at all, it still happened whenever you used a custom playbook. So you can't have 0 plays in a created gameplan if the gameplan was never made.

Hmmm. That's a bummer. Is it like this for all UFAs at all positions? And is it like this for all draft class members?

I wonder why they wouldn't let us edit body types and shoulder pad width but would allow us to edit shoulder pad height, all other equipment, and attributes?

If it's just the UFAs, I'll edit them all down to 0, but if it's the draft classes too then that's another story.

When are folks gonna realize that the only way to get EA to make a good game is to have a full boycott? They dont care how much people complain as long as they are laying down their 60 bucks every year, why do you think they arent ever on these boards answering for themselves? I gave it a try for the first time in 4 years this year, and I probably wont want to give it another try for another 4. MONEY drives them, not their customer's satisfaction.
