Man, I can't imagine how much work this has to be - great job taking it on.

I can't wait to see what it's like when all is said and done.

Will have to make a roster out of this for sure when the ratings and such are complete.

Heck, I think I'll start soon since I see players have ratings.

The individual attributes will not be updated completely on this next update. They are still raw and are unmodified. You will have to wait for the OVR calcs for them to be complete.

All the players have attributes right now, but they are still in their raw state and are not fully accurate.

Hey Dan:

Looks like the kind of gameplay that roster edits being created here (and in the NCAA forums) will extend the "shelf life" of both of this year's EA football titles...

I'd rather wait until both of these play as well as possible before buying into the next release cycle...

So: Although time is not an issue in the aforementioned "big picture", are you still shooting for a Week 8 completion date?

Will a PS3 version be available for download?

Apologies if this has been covered and I missed it...I've been immersed in the NCAA "salvation" effort...

yeah its still week 8, but there will be no way to download the ratings. they must be entered in manually.

Rosters will not be available for download. I am still in talks with a party interested in creating and distributing rosters. The issue is legal infringement on intellectual property that is capitalized upon. I had to shut down a group posting rosters of the ratings for sale on ebay. If you look at the site, TSX does have the copyrights to anything posted there. Therefore, any attempts at making a roster file for distribution will have to be assured that no profits will be made upon. Using primary source material for redistribution without consent of said copyright holder is infringement. Should I find that this is further exploited without permission, I will simply pull them from the site until it has been completed. I am not a fan of people trying to cash in on the few's hard efforts.

So as of right now, I would highly recommend not distributing any rosters for distribution until a deal is reached. No further updates will be made until week 8 at the earliest. I am still attempting to get the OVR ratings cracked and have sought help from a third party who expressed interest in helping get them hammered out. The sooner that is done, the sooner I can get the updated attributes posted. I was hoping to have them all completed by now, but it is such a long process that I am still in the raw data state.

As I stated waaaaay back on page one, I'd be happy to support these rosters, financially...

Making the game play as well as possible and giving it extended shelf life in the process is VERY worth that to me...
