Chasing Wade around is..."fun" to say the least

Just busted my *** as Rudy. Switched directions a couple times on me and BAM - Rudy's kissing parquet.

One thing I love is the challenge of trying to stay in front of ballhandlers - much tougher now IMO. You never know which way they're going to go. And if they throw the pump fake at you on top of all that??? Forget about it.

Moments after I type this... Though it was in traffic...LeBron just had a windmill putback. Shocked the hell out of me! If I do see it again though, I hope it's in clear space and very rare, but HOLY **** nonetheless.

Played for about 2hours non stop this morning this is just too good. Can't believe I'm enjoying myself with such a barebones demo when I have 2K11 sitting on my pc, fully modded with authentic arenas, updated players, shoes, etc..

But playing this demo has just soured me on 2K11.

The isomotion flows just great, it's hard to put into words but players movement just feel like real basketball now. It's a pleasure to go to work with Jason Kidd and Dirk and I'm not even a Mavs fan!

Loving when D-Wade puts on a show too, he crossed me a couple of times and even though the help D came as he went for the dunk, he managed to adjust his shot in mid-air (granted it was possible in 2K11 but there seems to be more and better animations this time ) and still get the hoop.

And to think this demo is an old build...

Honestly the demo is the truth

Its pure toture playing such a short limited version

2 weeks not fast enough, now i gotta take release day off

I think the graphics for 2k12 will be a lot better when the final version of the game release.

Wait a minute, I like the delay in the demo. It made the game feel more real and less herky-jerky. Please tell me the final build will still be a balanced game and feel good and not frenetic or frazzled.

I am concerned that my slow CPU teammates can keep up with Lebron and Wade. I hope that Lebron and Wade and fast folks with good ball-handling skills can blow past my slower, less agile CPU teammates. Right now it seems as if they do too good a job staying with them. It's important that my slowers guys are getting beat since that puts more realistic pressure on me to play carefully - especially against a good team.

Is anyone finding that slow CPU teammates can still hang with the moves that Lebron and Wade do?

BTW, I think 2k12 is going to be the new bar for sports video games - period.

For me they just need to add custom sounds/music for the PC version and it will be game of the forever (well until 2K13 dethrones it lol).

Also I don't know if it's just me but I looked at some of the 360 videos of the demo and I saw mini Dirk and LBJ in the advertising banner but I haven't seen it once on the PS3 version.

Xbox 360 LT button is what I'm talking bout!
Signature gathers and shots wow !!! I can't stop.
This is just with Dirk who is blowing my mind .. Magic Johnson, M.J., Derrick Rose, Wade, Lebron, T.Evans Etc ...can't wait to play with these players.

Tell me I'm not the only one still playing the demo 2 days in a row !

I put in my 2k11 and i can't play it ... argh !

OCT 4th will be a day of bliss.
