my complaint is the Celtics are one of thr best teams in the league, the Red Auerbach signature on the court is a key piece thats missing. Also, their court is a different shade of that "ole school" wood I believe. Overall, very fluid

If I had to guess I would say that since he released it late, he no longer has a 100% chance of making the shot. He is starting out at 86%. Almost like if you turn in a paper late in school that already has -14% taken off since it is late, I guess it works this way.
