Yes. I now cannot get past the first loading screen after "press start". Haven't had a problem until I played my first online match last night. It froze on the autosave after the game. Rebooted, now this. I've tried at least 5 times in a row. Every time a freeze. Ridiculous

I am about 95% sure that issue is being caused by a corrupted roster file. Delete your existing roster files and you will be back in business.

Did anyone see this posted on the EA Forums by one of EA's team captains?

"Patch is currently in the MS/SOny approval process. So 1 day to 4weeks depending on how long Sony/MS drag their feet. "

1 day to 4 weeks? This was posted on 8/30 by the way..

I had the same problem happen to me, getting stuck after "press start". What i did was delete my profile and re-register again and it worked.

Can you believe that EA tweeted that they had fixed a problem, yet it is clearly still broken! This is a fun game

Anyone defending this company at this point needs to:

1) Go kick rocks.

2) Please ask your superior when the patch will drop, because you obviously work for them.
